Wipe clean with a lightly damp cloth or chemical-free wet wipe. Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth. Avoid strong chemicals to protect the brass.

Wipe gently with a damp cloth and dry out of direct sunlight. Do not use water or soap. Keep away from saltwater.

This ball is amazing. I mostly use it on my hands and feet and it’s the MOST amazing wind down and massage ever. Yes it’s spiky and is a bit uncomfortable but once you relax into it, it really lets you release so much tension!
