Shakti headband

I suffer from regular headaches/migraines and yesterday was the worst one I’ve had in awhile. I put the headband on when I got home from work, used it before I went to bed and then again when I woke up and I’m in love! I was hesitant to use it as the ‘spikiness’ scared me a little but the pros definitely outway the cons. Would absolutely recommend!!
