THESE ARE NOT FIDGET SPINNERS
Yes, they help you focus, but the spikes stimulate circulation, release tension, and calm your mind instantly. Rolling an acupressure ring up and down each finger is a grounding sensation you’ll never forget, or grow tired of.
FOR HANDS THAT DO TOO MUCH
Whether you type, scroll, grip, or carry – your fingers deserve care. Torus Rings won’t cure Tik-Tok thumb or smartphone pinky, but they’re perfect when your mind races, your fingers hurt, or you need to shift your focus. They’re built for busy hands and busy minds.
MATCH YOUR MOMENT WITH 3 LEVELS
Like the firmness of a mattress or the pressure of a massage – acupressure is the opposite of ‘one size fits all’. Gold = Level 1 (light pressure), Silver = Level 2 (medium pressure), Black = Level 3 (hard pressure).
What you need to know
-
• Relieve tension
• Assist healthy circulation
• Soothe busy fingers
• Support a restless mind -
Pick a Ring and place it on your finger.
Roll it up and down the entire length of each finger 20 times to stimulate each acupoint.
It’s that simple.
3 levels let you adjust the intensity as you need, so feel free to experiment and discover which works best for you.
Keep moving them up and down to avoid restricting circulation. These are designed to roll, not rest.
Feeling adventurous? Try a Torus Ring on your toes.
-
Acupressure targets the tension you carry in each finger, and the subtle “spikes” on each Ring release it. The sensation calms your body, clears your mind, and slows racing thoughts.
-
Tingly. Warm. Deeply grounding. Each ring’s subtle spikes wake up your hands and calm your system. It’s weirdly satisfying – and oddly addictive.
-
Gold = Level 1 (light pressure), Silver = Level 2 (medium pressure), Black = Level 3 (intense pressure)

The torus is a shape in sacred geometry – a continuous energy field that loops back into itself symbolising regeneration. Our Torus Rings are designed with that same principle in mind. Use them to tap into yourself and regenerate from the inside out.
