When I first stood on the Level 4 mat I had to hold
on to a pole as it was very intense. After a few minutes I
let go and was able to stand without assistance for 10 minutes while using my acupressure ring on each finger. To my surprise when I stepped off I felt very refreshed. I then laid on it for 15 minutes and felt great after. I have a Level 3 mat and was curious to try Level 4 and I am glad I did. The trick is to relax and let the sensation over take you and then I find you get the most benefit.

This level takes a minute to relax fully onto but it feels fantastic and I typically fall asleep. It calms my mind and relieves a backaches from the day.

I already had the level 3 and wanted the step up..... but to be honest its not..... at first it feels more intense maybe.... or maybe just different.
But I find once you relax onto it, if anything it feels less intense than the level 3.
If you look at the two mats side by side you see the level 3 have longer Skinner spikes than the level 4.
I think thats why the level 4 feels less intense even that there are less spikes, they are also shorter and wider.

Level 4 is designed a bit differently: by reducing the number of spikes per disc, each spike applies more pressure when you lie down, even if it feels different at first. The shorter, wider spikes help distribute your weight evenly, giving a deeper, more consistent release across your back.
It’s completely normal for the sensation to feel different compared to Level 3, and over time, your body will adapt to this new level.
